The Pro-Fit group has one aim: to ensure that their customer base gets the information and training it needs to function competitively in today's fitness market.

Our objectives:

  • To establish your current levels of service to your customers
  • To identify areas within your service that could be upgraded
  • Implement training in the relevant areas
  • Establish the extent to which the training has been successful
  • Remain available to you for service advice

Strength Opportunities

All too often our instructors prescribe a limited range of training systems for our members. This is primarily a time issue (limited time allocated for updates). Occasionally, they need reminded that there are other training systems out there.

Imagine you could provide your instructors with a training day where they got to do one of the things they love the most: TRAIN!

The Strength Opportunities day gives your instructors the chance to try out a range of training systems from basic circuits to the more complex methods used for developing strength, endurance and size.

This will give them the tools they need to write the programmes your members need as their fitness levels progress.
