SMART Training

SMART Training has been designed with the needs of your members in mind.

It is designed to track the progress of your members from day one throughout the lifespan of their membership to ensure they get the result they are looking for.

The member is placed on a managed timeline that empowers them to bring about the changes to the programme when they need it rather than when the fitness team can fit them in. The task of the fitness team is to check this progress. It is a structured, progressive, member focussed system that addresses all the FIA and IHRSA issues.

Now there is no excuse for your members not achieving, the gym staff are tracking it. All progress (no matter how small) is acknowledged and members not progressing are picked up and addressed.
