The Pro-Fit mission is simple

“To provide profitable business solutions to health and fitness operators.”

The Pro-Fit group has one aim: to ensure that their customer base gets the information and training it needs to function competitively in today's fitness market.

Our objectives:

  • To establish your current levels of service to your customers
  • To identify areas within your service that could be upgraded
  • Implement training in the relevant areas
  • Establish the extent to which the training has been successful
  • Remain available to you for service advice

Progressive Programming

Although the initial weeks of training are crucial in helping establish habit for our new members, the development of their fitness in the longer term is equally important.

Progressive Programming establishes methods for opening up the training environment for the member, identifies methods of tracking improvements (vital for retention), ensures on-going improvement and helps with motivation.

In opening up training, the programme seeks to use available CV machine profiles as well as client led strategies. However, without evidence that they work, the member will not adhere to the training. Therefore, some form of tracking is essential.

The same is true of resistance training. If the training system is swapped round too frequently, the most effective and time efficient method may not get picked up. It also creates a difficult environment for tracking.

Discuss where the member is going, develop an appropriate vehicle then track its progress!
