How far do your members have to go to get the attention of your instructors?

Both IHRSA and the FIA identified lack of communication as a key issue in member attrition. It doesn’t matter that the instructors think they are communicating, it matters that the members think they are not.

Instructors are trained on how to introduce equipment and write training programmes. However, if they find it difficult to establish communication in varied situations, they may be at risk of losing the members who need them most. Unless instructors can identify the high risk members, they’ll leave!
