In particular, I would recommend your Customer Service programme to all leisure providers. Unlike previous “corporate” or generic training packages, your training was very personal and dealt with the Preston experience. This was evident in the staff feedback which was completely without the, all to often, cynical comments that “it must be easy in xyz organisation or industry type as it's not like a Council Leisure Centre”. It will also go without saying to anybody who meets or knows you, that your passion and enthusiasm for the subject leaves an impression!
The Interactive Instructor Manual was fully relevant which added essential tools for the gym team in a very positive and motivating way. This improved the service levels, as floor walking increased without doubt, but also gave the studio team a much needed lift as delays to commencement of refurbishment allowed some frustration to creep in.

The ongoing Shape Management programme has also had a tremendous impact. The customer feedback has been fantastic, staff involved in delivering this programme are genuinely excited about the results they have seen and the additional experience/ qualifications added to the CV and importantly the Leisure Centre has seen significant income for a customer base we would not have reached with our mainstream services.
