Staff Performance Analysis

Why do some of our staff appear on the face of it, to perform better than others?

If we look carefully at it, there are frequently a host of reasons. However, these reasons are not usually analysed or reported.

Simple things like cleaning duties, covering other areas or getting caught up in other areas all conspire to help time slip away.

With a structured, time framed and pre-determined system, these issues can all be brought into the bigger picture of staff performance.

This makes it easier for staff to justify their time, DMs to generate functional reports and upper management to get a clearer picture of what’s happening on the ground floor.
